PAYMENTS
We accept payments through Bank Deposit/Transfer via BPI and GCash, Visa/Mastercard via PayMongo.
If you wish to process your payment in a different method other than mentioned above, send us an email at info@anyo.ph and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
EXCHANGES
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase. All items have gone through quality checking prior to dispatch.
If you find an issue with your item, send us an email at info@anyo.ph within 3 days upon receipt of order and we’ll assess its eligibility for exchange. Please note that we only allow one time exchanges for sizes, subject to stock availability. Garments must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and all tags and liners are attached. All additional costs that incur during the exchange such as shipping, taxes, and other charges must be shouldered by customer.
Please note that items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return & exchange.
